Each corner of Gilmoora has its own green personality. The Mortimer Room features the dramatic leaves of the dumb cane and the elegant Boston fern, both known for removing indoor toxins and increasing humidity – perfect for refreshing a space during long meetings. In the ground floor breakout area, bold choices like the bird of paradise and giant taro make a visual impact, while the ZZ plant and heartleaf philodendron quietly do the work of purifying air and requiring very little maintenance in return.
Even our Langham and Margaret suites are home to carefully chosen plants like the peaceful bird’s-nest fern and ever-resilient jade plant, which symbolize growth and balance – fitting for any productive session. Upstairs, the second-floor kitchen blooms with a mix of calming greenery like the selloum and ti plant, adding a peaceful energy to a busy shared space. And in reception, guests are welcomed by the colourful scarlet-star and graceful butterfly orchid, alongside greenery like the wild banana and snake plant, which thrive with minimal care and clean the air naturally.
